Refund policy

At OrthoWalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags.
  • To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@getorthowalk.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or model, we will be happy to exchange your item (subject to stock availability).

Note: Custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
